Spooky Halloween activities in Pimlico

Posted by Juliet Eysenck on Oct 21, 09 09:33 AM in What's On

Wicked witches and ghostly ghouls will be invading a Pimlico art gallery this Halloween.

On October 31, Tate Britain, in Millbank, is holding a free family festival with activities ranging from trick or treat costume workshops to spooky storytelling.

Kids aged five to 12 will encounter the Chinese Hungry Ghost festival by watching traditional opera and make puppets inspired by the Mexican Day of the Dead celebrations.

The event lasts from noon to 5pm.

All activities are free, and some may require booking.

For more information call the Tate on 020 7887 8888, or see www.tate.org.uk.

We'd like to hear from you.
