Survey about lifestyle habits

A survey asking about the lifestyle habits of Westminster residents will be dropped through 50,000 borough letterboxes chosen at random over the next few weeks.

The questionnaire, compiled by NHS Westminster, is part of a three-year campaign aimed at tackling smoking, obesity and alcohol abuse and encouraging people to live healthier lives.
