A-level excellence brings change of status to Westminster Academy

Posted by Steve Bax on Sep 25, 12 09:04 AM in News

WESTMINSTER Academy has been named an International Baccalaureate Career Related Certificate World School, following an exceptional set of A-level results.

Its new-found status has attracted two new teachers, Sue Austin and Nick Lee, who have experience of the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme spanning 30 years.

Principal Smita Bora said: "I am proud of the number of commendations we received after our IBCC inspection, praising the academy, which is above world average and the best in Westminster.

"I am absolutely thrilled that Sue Austin and Nick Lee, who have worked for some of the most prestigious private schools in the country, together with local, national and international IB organisations, have decided to share in our success by joining the team of exceptional staff at the academy."

We'd like to hear from you.

When I contacted WA they told me that they did not do A levels and told me to contact cwc.
My friends go to the college and hate it as they get no support from anyone.
Also my other friend is in year 13 at WA and there is only 6 of them.
